How to submit a reservation:

In order to request a reservation, please fill out the information below, and we will get in touch with you regarding your request, or call now at 787.285.5058. Please also review our Payment and Cancellation Policies below.

Payment Policy

A 25% (of the total amount) payment is required to hold a reservation. This can be paid via credit card or check or money order. The balance, payable only via check or money order, is due 60 days or more prior to your arrival; all checks should be made payable to Rita Molinelli. Prior to guest occupancy a credit card authorization slip shall be signed as a security (damage) deposit; No charge will be made unless it is required.

Cancellation Policy*

All cancellations made with 60 days or more prior to guest arrival (the date of check in) will be fully reimbursed, less a 5% processing fee ($50 minimum charge). Cancellations made within 45 days before guest arrival shall have a 10% charge of the total rental amount contracted. All cancellations made less than 30 days, prior to check-in-date, will result in no refund.

*In case of a major medical emergency a full credit for another stay will be given.
