two weeks in December and President’s Day Week (Feb 15 –
22) and 7-night minimum stay (calculated at daily rates) required;
Additional premium of $300 per week for all villas reserved during
Christmas week. Higher rates may apply in certain units.
(2) Weekly rate is for 7-nights stay
(3) The special Weekend rates are for a 3-days/2-nights stay.
Guests may check-in at 12:00 noon on Friday and check-out is by
5:00pm on Sunday.
(4) If the villa of your choice is not available, we will do our
best to accommodate your needs in another comparable villa.
