Real estate investment is the best there is in Puerto Rico being so that we are an island and land is one of our most valuable resources. This is even more so in Palmas del Mar, for its privileged location and exclusivity. Properties on the beach or even close by are the most profitable in terms of renting and acquiring value over time. Properties in Palmas have the tendency of increasing in value steadfastly. Because of its location on the southeastern part of the island, one gets the advantage of having a slower pace of living than the metropolitan area and the convenience of reaching it all the way by expressway in an hour or so. Also, I have had the pleasure of making friends in Humacao and Yabucoa towns which are on the East Coast and the friendliest. Humacao has all the facilities a city can offer and the most beautiful natural resources too. In Humacao, you can find more than 5 large supermarkets, commercial centers, and movie theaters.

Living in Palmas is also a wonderful experience. It has its own school: Palmas Academy (pre-K to 12), several restaurants, security, space, and a working community that is active in improving every time and creating and recreating the concept of Palmas. Some examples of this are the recycling program and the restoration project of Palmas Forrest, the second largest Pterocarpus Forest in Puerto Rico, home to endangered species and migratory birds.
