Company Background and Management

VIP Properties was established in 1994 by its owner and president Attorney Rita Molinelli. A fully woman-owned and operated family business, the management team consists of Rita Molinelli, who is an attorney, notary public and real estate broker, and her daughter Mariana Nogales. Mariana, also a licensed real estate broker, is responsible for the short and long term rentals for the firm. Supporting Rita and Mariana is Vilma Ramos. Vilma, a long-term associate of Rita Molinelli, is an expert in local tourism and short-term rentals, and wears two hats - working both as an administrative assistant and with short term rentals.

The VIP team is a tightly knit, family-oriented group, that is focused on providing its customers with the greatest value and quality personalized service, resulting in the greatest vacation experience.

Since 1996, our offices are located in Palmanova Plaza 134, Palmas del Mar.
